Suma item is available on Everuts now！ This lovely organic pasta is a family favorite and is made by a workers' cooperative called Iris Bio in Lombardy, northern Italy. Their pasta is made about 10 kilometers from the farm using bronze molds (pasta forming tools), which helps create a texture that preserves the sauce better than traditional methods.. *This is an overseas product and shipping takes approximately 45 days.
